Romo, Witten and Garrett went with DM to a few basketball games this offseason. Will any of them be upset Jerry and Stephen may not sign him?

They will hopefully be happy that DM get's a very good payday!!

It might matter to Witten and Romo since they go out on playdates a lot, but the average player probably gets the concept that it comes down to money.

The chemistry he had with the OL is going to be more of a concern than how the locker room feels as a whole. They did have good synergy, which is important.

They're professionals who understand its a business.

And Garrett should be one of the decision makers behind this.

Now the childish clown WR who's currently hijacking our cap? Who knows. But who cares too?

Did they understand it was a business the last year of Phillips, or the three years of 8-8 with Red? When did they get so smart?

Hu? You don't think the players get that it's a business? Not sure what you are trying to say.

nope but am interested in the new OL gifts that will come from a different runner who benefits from their dominance

Lock room chemistry and team leaders are just things the media and fans want to talk about.

You just need a group of guys that collectively can manage themselves for the most part and we have that.

The only thing that makes these guys "leaders" is they are superstars on the football field.

I hate this notion that the absence of one player in the locker room will hinder a team.
Winning cures all locker room ills. On the other hand losing can kill a locker room. If his replacement is as effective as DM, DM will be easily forgotten.

You're wrong, per the norm.

No, they retained super duper team leader Doug Free. If you have not heard, he is All-Pro in regards to team leaders, or so I've been told 1000x.

You talking about Dez. want to get rid of him too? some of you folks must like losing. because this is just crazy.

Once we start winning games, everyone will get over it.
