About 3-4 years ago, don't remember exactly when but it's been a while back, i joined and posted a couple things over here. It wasn't 1 day and Roy Pisspott was here threating to sue me:laugh2: Last dollar they got from me. It's a POS site, that's for sure!

and yet he had no problem with people posting exclusives from other sites...

Their meltdowns on that board are usually almost everyday there! Holy **** they enjoy using the ban button every 5 minutes there! Actually thats a good majority of Scout.com message boards.

I had a media member tell me we get stuff faster than they do about half the time. Great fans here.

I used to be over there before I discovered this forum. The forums over there are very poorly moderated; there's a lot of trash that you have to sort through in order to find something worthwhile to read.

And then on top of that, you get charged for "exclusive" information that is really just recycled info that you can find elsewhere for free like others have stated.

The only time I found the site useful was right before Owens was signed and before the draft each year. That site was on top of the information when TO was flirting with Kansas City and Denver, and from what I remember, broke the news that he signed with the Cowboys before anyone else did, even sportscenter.

And it is good if you are looking for info on draft prospects. I don't know if they still do, but they used to offer trial subscriptions to the exclusive content that I would take advantage of before the draft.

Bottom line: That site is good for about 30 days out of the year. For the other 335 days, stay far away.

Don't do it.
I was a paid member for a long time there (too lazy to turn off the subscription).
Its a cheesy site - matches the personality of the General Manager.
The 'insider' stuff is already available elsewhere.
The forums are garbage because of poor moderation and because you don't get the 'thinking' or analytical fans participating on that site. You get fans posting who like to 'play around' on the board and throw out one liners to create controversy.

I used to be a member there, and Roy Philbot and I got into it big time, to the point suits were threatened (he actually threatened to come to my home and kick my ***, that is untill I gave him my address that's when he threatened the suit) . He's the biggest reason most people avoid them IMO I can't tell you how many other people that I've talked to over the past couple years who have had similar issues with that horses ***... BTW reporting him to scouts doesn't help, I tried that and all they did was refund my money... that being said I believe SilverBear is still a member there and may even be a mod...:starspin

btw and fwiw he trolls this site for information to use over there... hee hee...
