I'm trying to incorporate more vegetables and less carbs this week, as lately I've had close to zero veggies in my diet. Going to see how I feel and look after a few weeks of this. I'm thinking this alone will be taking my calorie count down about 500-700 per day.
What do you survive on then?
Pasta, vegetables, chicken at the moment

Bah, you're all wrong. Pizza, cinnamon rolls, and cookie dough...that's a good diet. Delicious. Oh, and cake.
