Why be disappointed in Sam Williams?

If Jerry signed Rockport to play defensive end and he got zero sacks and zero tackles every game while being blocked by a rookie 175 lb kicker, and got bowled over like a squirrel on the freeway every time someone ran at him....would you be disappointed in Rockpoot? Or the buffoon that signed him?

He’s been a VP of player personnel for nine seasons and the Cowboys won two more games than the Cleveland Browns in the most recent one. Playing in the worse division in the NFL. When is it time to move on from personnel in an organization?

A bit. He showed flashes of the potential, but just not consistent enough.

My favorite Sam Williams play was that forced fumble against Saquon Barkley last season in that huge comeback win for DAL.

I hope he does well in CLE.
