Anybody else hate the Dallas bye week?

I hate it, no cowboy game good or bad, hate or love them lol .
No game at all is irritating!
Even worse is the other games this sunday are not all that interesting either.
phil vs giants, and a couple others are meh.
like a week hiatus

might have to watch a 90's game.
I watched the 99 Commanders vs dallas game 1 the other day, and that was fun to watch.
Darrel green was still playing for Commanders, they had just got brad johnson.

7 -2 1st place Bills v.5-3 2nd place Cardinals - both can win division; Chargers v. Dolphins - rookie QBs playing well; Seahawks-Rams --one game separating them in the standings= not interesting \meh?
Judging from your comments about going into the Dallas archives - just seems like you're not a true NFL fan (other than the Cowboys). Dallas not playing doesn't lessen my interest in pro football.

Yeah, not my favorite week of the season. Might rewatch the last game - it was a relief to see good football - most of the plays anyway.

I remember the Heidi game - watching it with my dad on the long and wide console cabinet TV. We looked at each other perplexed when the show came on instead of the game.....never forgotten moment.

but considering this season is over and the games only matter for watching our young players try to develop, I don’t care really.



bright side: usually if the cowboys lose on thanksgiving it ruins my holiday. This year I won’t Care. So I can just relax with some food and drink and watch the game with no stress.

most year yes this year we need a break..some teams had stuff cancelled and rescheduled etc so this is fine..headed to the river to wakeboard today (no longhorns game either) and before it gets far too cold and tomorrow shooting range..might be last outing for me sadly, no distractions will make this worse to watch..use the extra time to do something else..

silver lining is the bye is right before the sunday,-thursday-thursday stretch..lots of games in short period..

Since EVERY team has a bye week it really doesn't bother me that much. I haven't decided yet which game I'll watch but I'll select either one of my kazillion Cowboys games I have on DVD or one of the 51 Super Bowls I have on DVD or maybe I'll watch one of the Coboys Hard Knocks. I'll find something to watch.
