Anybody else starting to think Joshua Dobbs might be legit?

He's in that great backup - solid starter range. He's not going to hurt his team unlike a lot of more heralded young QBs in the league.

I would keep playing him over murray.

Yeah i think he's a pretty good QB and can get even better.....he's a smart dude, makes good tight window throws, and is very athletic...only thing holding him back is the lack of eyebrows!

I watched some of his performance against the 49ers yesterday and dude didn't exactly wet the bed. 28-41 265 yards 2 TD no picks. That's doin work against that defense. 102 passer rating. Seems like he did all he could their defense just couldn't stop McCaffrey. Anyway.. 4 TD and no picks so far this season.. I remember him being pretty good at Tennessee in college and wondered why he didn't get drafted higher. He has shown enough to at least be a long time backup in the league.. maybe more..

The Hobbs Crow is digesting well. The Cardinals even stated they will not reinstate Kyler Murray after 6 week pup ends.

He's very good. I think he's actually better than Murray. Considering some of the QBs that are starting around the league, he should definitely get an opportunity to be a starter somehwhere if not in Arizona.

TD to INT ratio of 4-0. How is he bottom 5 in most metrics? He played well enough to beat the Giants they had a 28 point lead the defense blew it, and they lost to the 49ers arguably the best NFL team (he played well) and the Commanders who are better than expected. I would say he's not the cause of the team losing.

He seems like a version of Cooper Rush that can move a bit. Like Rush though I can see Dobbs being serviceable for a short stretch of the season, but can't see him going out and playing 17 games of quality football. Through four weeks of football there is no shortage of film on the guy now. I still have to give the guy props though, he's already exceeded my expectations.
