Man, I just cant get over that losing to Colt McCoy and the 4-12 Skins costed us homefield advantage. Watching Cam Newton throw picks all over the field just makes it even worse to think about.

This proves that games in September and October are just as big as games in November and December. I am just totally pissed right now that we have back to back road games to Green Bay and Seattle because we could not beat freaking Colt McCoy.

You guys know what the real kick in the nuts is?................We are the only team Colt beat and that week 16 win over the Eagles was the only other game the Commanders won the entire season after that October win over Dallas.

Excuse me while I go vomit now.:banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:

It's all relative. We beat Seattle on the road, so that counter-balances out the Skins loss. No one expected Dallas to win that game.

Every team can essentially do this. IF we didn't win this game we'd be #1. I'm sure the Texans are saying to themselves if they didn't lose to us in OT they'd be in the playoffs.

This is the problem with fans today. It's paralysis by analysis, or just called over thinking things.

We should be ecstatic that we ran off 5 straight wins after the way we looked on Thanksgiving against the Eagles, but we wanna look back to a mid season game against our arch rivals that didn't go our way.

It's too hard and too pointless to play the what if game, things would play out completely different.

Nope.

These cowboys are road warriors.
Battle tested for run you are witnessing.

We tried the bye week thing. Didn't work.

Cowboys are blue collar now!

Dallas didnt show up and they beat us, but every team has 1 or 2 stinkers. We didn't get any lucky breaks with tie breakers or seeding. If GB would've had one more loss or win and we'd be hosting a playoff game this week. That being said, 12 wins is usually good enough for a bye.

Just goes to to show people, the Commanders do have a QB, and that QB is not not the media darling guy.
His name is (in Brent Mussberger voice) Colt McCoy.......lol

So,we got beat,,maybe Colt is a decent QB, maybe he just had a career game.
Ryan Leaf had a few of those I think....

Its history, move on, we have a game to win Sunday....

Never was. We could just as easily lost a game to the Texans or the Rams. What-if games like that are meaningless.

There will always be games that, as individuals, we expect to win, just as there are those we expect to lose. It can't happen exactly the way we'd like each and every time. Perhaps we could simply learn to appreciate a 12-4 season and just leave it at that. How boring would it be if we won every game we expected to win and lost every game we expect to lose? Wouldn't that take the element of surprise out it it? I'll take it just as it comes.

No, I'm pissed we didn't sign him instead of Weeden which would have made the question moot.

I think Colt is a FA this year. Doesn't help that loss, but maybe Jerry can sell Colt jerseys instead of Johnny Football....
