Every team loses a game they should win once in a while. That's just part of the NFL. We corrected the issue and blew their doors off the next time. Life goes on. We're in the playoffs with a chance to go to the NFC Championship Game and they're at home.

You got to let it go. Rehashing things in the past that didn't go your way will eat you up inside if you let it. Learn from past mistakes but then put them in the past.

Man, I just cant get over that losing to Colt McCoy and the 4-12 Skins costed us homefield advantage. Watching Cam Newton throw picks all over the field just makes it even worse to think about.

This proves that games in September and October are just as big as games in November and December. I am just totally pissed right now that we have back to back road games to Green Bay and Seattle because we could not beat freaking Colt McCoy.

You guys know what the real kick in the nuts is?................We are the only team Colt beat and that week 16 win over the Eagles was the only other game the Commanders won the entire season after that October win over Dallas.

Excuse me while I go vomit now.:banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:

Hope Cowboys are pissed too, and take it out on the Packers in a few hours. Lets whip their ace and call it a day.

Let it go. It's the past. The Dallas Cowboys are to games away from finishing the fight, handle business today against Green Bay and that McCoy game becomes even more of a distant memory.

He had his one game of fame.

I'm pissed we lost to the Skins. That's about it. Getting IN the Playoffs was all that mattered. Didn't care about the seeding. We had that #1 seeding before, didn't go to well. I'm fine with where we ended up.

ha ha. Some of the CBZ threads are too funny. Four months ago we were predicting 6-10 records. Now we're complaining about not getting the #1 seed. ha ha. Too funny.

I'm quite happy with this year's team. They've far exceeded my expectations of them for this year. Even if they lose today, I'm very proud of their accomplishments.

See what happens when Jerry Jones lays off the glitter juice and drafts to the board??? Amazing things happen.

Nope. Didn't want the #1 seed. The Cowboys have a big enough target on their backs every game as it is.

It only matters depending on what happens today...if we win today, then the skins loss (or the philly, AZ, 49ers loss) were irrelevant and had no impact on us getting to the NFC championship game. Win the following week and it definitely had no meaning. This team is in position to write it's own narrative.

Personally, I think the Cowboys are in a better position going through the best teams in the NFC. It keeps them focused and avoids the easy win mentality that the team seems to finally be overcoming.

One might make the argument Romo not being in shape come the first game of the season also cost the team a game and the first seed.

Or allowing Orton to leave and bringing in Weeden cost the team a game.

How close do you want to look at this. Because I suspect the defender for the Commanders that put his knee in Romo's back did so intentionally to do exactly what he did. Because all he needed to do was touch Romo. Instead he led with his knee and something broke.

Woulda, shoulda, coulda is fun, but irrelevant.

I mentioned that at the time and was told Romo didn't need to play in the preseason. All was well. He could just flip a switch and be NFL ready.

Absolutely. We win that game with Orton.

I said it last week, but I don't think this team beats GB in Dallas. I don't believe in home karma or road karma, but I know this team is built to win on grass and in cold weather.

Does it matter now that the Cowboy won the Wildcard game? Don't forget that all 4 losses were home games so it's not as if being at home would be a big advantage.
