From the previews and clips I have seen itlooks like it stayed closer to the French Les Revenants (the returned). The french version was really good, well I only seen the first season...don't know if they ever put out a second one or not.

It looks like the French version exactly but done in English.

I read that season 2 was shooting later this year in France.
