Bart Scott of the CBS Sports Network’s “That Other Pregame Show” took a shot at Cowboys owner Jerry Jones on Sunday before Dallas beat the New York Giants.

“This guy (Jones) is senile,” Scott said, according to the New York Daily News.

Lots have been discussed about Jones in the past week.

In a span of five days, Jones, 71,expressed his desire to remain the organization’s chief decision-maker the next 15 to 20 years, extolled his recent performance as general manager, told reporters coach Jason Garrett would be back in 2014, said he wanted more production from Tony Romo and verbalized his support of beleaguered defensive coordinator Monte Kiffin.

Scott was a longtime linebacker for the Baltimore Ravens and New York Jets.

I left the tv on nfl network yesterday morning while I was working and they were talking about romo or foles and one of the guys said I will take romo down the stretch because he is battle tested......lavarr Arrington immediately burst into laughter and said what battle has he ever been in, he doesn't know anything about battles.

It's hillarious he would say this. He is a first rounder who never lived up to expectation and only played in I believe two playoff games of which he lost both.

Romo's career dwarf's his career in every possible way and he was undrafted. Yet Arrington is bagging on romo.

This kind of stupidity is only goi g to increase if we win the division.

while i agree with you, unfortunately i have little sympathy for this team
they have fallen short several times when they had the opportunity to rise up... not once, several times

i may think that Arrington is an idiot but there are several recently retired players who call this team out regularly and some that are still playing in the NFL that have actually played for us. if former and current players are bagging on this team, it is because they have played on this team or against this team and they know who (and what) this team is

there is only one way to shut this talk..... win in the playoffs

But Bart Scott is a buffoon. During his playing days, he HATED the media. Never had a nice word to say to or about anyone in the media. Yet once his playing days were over.....where did he run to? Yep. The media.

If you're looking for an old guy to make your team money Jerry's your man.

If you're looking for an guy to run the football end of it he's certainly not your man.

Lavar Arrington had been the perfect example of a player looking like Tarzan and playing like Jane.
