I'm holding out for the great Tony Sparano.

By the way, wonder why it is the media hasnt punked Parcells and Ireland for completely blowing it last yr in the draft and taking Jake "I'm just above a JAG" Long instead of Matt Ryan, even though your team didnt, and hasnt had a bigtime QB in years.

Oh, but they have Pat White and Chad Henne.

long live Norv.

I like Jeff Fisher a lot as a head coach. He's the model of stability.

But given the pure hatred Tony Romo has ignited among a large portion of the fanbase, I wonder how long a coach who has never won a Super Bowl and has a track record of producing really good, but not good enough teams would last here.

My guess is not long.

Fisher would be a great long term coach here. Jerrry wanted him here last year but he wansnt available. I bet if he hits the market, he will be Jerry's pick

Jeff Fisher 11 months from now, when asked what he thinks about a punter hitting his Cowboys' video board in the preseason:

"I think it's fine where it is. The punter was obviously aiming for it."

What about the zone blocking scheme he runs? Our O-line isn't built for that...

On coaches I would have loved to have = Rex Ryan - the guy is aggressive, carries "swagger" (and it rubs off on his players), he knows the 3-4.

Yea, the zone blocking scheme might be a problem. I dont know if Shanny could change that or not. Our line is too big to zone block, so it might be a problem.

As far as Rex Ryan, I would trade fatboy Wade in a heartbeat for Ryan.

I think fisher is the most constantly overrated coach over the last ten years. Can't see him turning this team around at all.

Campo should have never been rehired. Jerry should have hired Dennis Thurman.

We definitely needed a change in secondary coaches and I thought Campo would be a good choice. Based on the returns for the first 2 games maybe I was wrong. Unless possibly he is changing the coverage schemes and the players don't get it yet. What is telling is that even Newman sucks so far. Newman has been in my opinion one of the few lock down corners the last few years. He has been terrible so far this year. Campo and Cupcake need to get the secondary fixed ASAP.

Rex Ryan does have a twin brother Rob who is the current DC for the Browns. If you can't have the evil twin go for the other one.

I'm not completely sold on Rex Ryan but I can be easily swayed if he continues to produce.

I think Garrett gets his shot so this is likely all academic. I don't see the offense failing to get its shots in.
