I had forgot about that. But when someone mentioned it, I did remember he flashed the X sign. When you steal a man's sign, you're basically mocking him or issuing a challenge.

For the record, Dez did celebrate with his teamates after, just like he usually does. His celebration was extended just to put the point across to ODB that 'We got the last laugh.'

I've seen QB's go up to defenses after they've scored a TD and talk trash (Tom Brady to the Steelers) instead of immediately celebrating with his teamates. Don't remember there ever being a similar discussion for him as we are having for Dez. But I suppose he gets a pass, like he and many others generally do.

This has me thinking about when Michael Irvin went to the media and guaranteed that we would win 3 in a row (3 SB's). Back then, it wasn't a big deal AT all. Now, imagine someone saying anything a sliver close to that. It gets eaten up alive...
