I just can't believe this year. We have just clinched home field advantage throughout the playoffs with a rookie QB! I would have NEVER predicted this and it's what makes it feel so wonderful. Congratulations to Cowboys nation. We have waited a LONG time to get this chance.

Yes. I think I mentioned in another post I started watching this team the year we lost to sf in the NFC championship game...the one SB I was old enough to appreciate is SBXXX. After 22 years of being a fan, I wish I would have realized how special that game was, been itching to win it again for 2 decades. A SB with Dak, Zeke, and Dez along with the youth we have all over our roster would be a huge bonus. Sometimes I do have to pinch myself to make sure it's real. These kind of things just never happen to us.

It has been fun, I knew once dak started, and even in PS , that he could take the team to the playoffs.
I didnt ever think it would be like this, with 11 in a row, and already have div and hfa with 2 games to go.

Thing is winning the early games almost guarantees a playoff spot. but this team kept winning and here we are.
They are a "team", that is I think something Dak helped forge, is the team mentality, they win and lose together.
But they think they can win any game with anyone.
This will help in the playoffs.

Thing is though now they may relax too much, it will be 2 weeks of games they dont have to win, and then a week off, before
the next must win game.
This is why they still need to play and win, just keep it going, and if they play tony in 2nd half, I dont think that will
hurt, as he is part of the team.

This is were we thought we would be for some time now just a little earlier. Lions in my opinion is the game the Cowboys should try McFadden and Romo in as well as some other subs to get some real time play in. The Eagles will be a hard played game and where I believe injuries will come from. This game the Cowboys should try and win as a tune up for the playoffs.

I had sky high hopes going into this season. All of which came crashing down hard when Romo went down. I expected 8-8 at best and wouldn't have dared dream up this outcome with a rook or Sanchez playing QB.

But, as I am lucky (or unlucky depending on your perspective) enough to have been around for long enough to see the teams from the early 70's and on, this team ain't won squat yet. I do have high hopes that it is once again, our time.

Perhaps, but this team is so different compared to the past teams it seems. Hopefully those ugly seasons past can finally be put to bed with this team.

No... we have a talented roster and we're playing up to our potential. I'm saying this based on the way we progressed through the season. If you're asking this based on our prospects this summer. Yeah it seems like a dream. When you remove the "accident" factor and we don't beat ourselves, we're a damn good team.
