can he hit? can he tackle lol? how are his angles? We don't need another ball or ansah back there

Exactly. Thomas has good ball skills but does not consistently tackle or seem to play with much physicality at all.

As for Swearinger he ran a 4.6 but did great in the 3 cone and the shuttle.. a 4.6 isn't terrible for a safety anyway it is what Vaccaro ran.. When you are back there it is as much about angles as anything.. Swearinger would be perfect for this team we need some swagger and guys that play with pride and play angry on this defense.

I actually do like what I see in swearinger but scouts say he has tight hips which always sends up red flags in my book. O how those post corners can test a safeties hips..anyways how many ints has he had?

We really want a tackling safety with the lbs we have being freed up and a hard hitting church next to him? How bout we get a safety that can make contact w the ball not just the receiver or rb...
