The Cowboys were way too cautious with Dak the first three weeks. Let the guy sling it. Let him keep doing so. Sure, there may be some turnovers coming up. But if you can't threaten a defense deep, Zeke can't run and those screens Dallas likes to run won't work.

FACKIN scott Fackin Linehan didnt do the first 3 games what he did today , force feed Zeke.. remember those 2 losses could have been wins if SL would have just given the ball to zeke more then 15, 16, 17 over a 3 game span... thats ridiculous, you can still see the stupidity I this game with 1st and goal we throw it 3 times and kick a Fg from what the 5 yard line!!? I out the blame this year right now on SL, he tried some the giants game and then went away from it..the 2016 Cowboys did just what we did today, force fed Zeke until the defense loosened up then hit open Receivers..seriously SL should be fired even after this game 2 very winnable losses in the books as Ls because SL lost what we did best for whatever reason..you come into ayear with No Dez no witten/Hannah and new WR and TE core and you throw it more with zeke still here?

I sure hope this wakes up SL playcalling the rest of the year but I have my doubts..

The scheme was the difference. Dak is not capable of running the 90s methodical pace offense or the Romo throw 50 times. He needs an uptempo balanced attack which keeps defenses guessing and they wear out with Zeke

Dak asked young QB needs many things to work in his favor, his sweet spot for attempts is the mid to high 20's, run game has to dominant basically 5-6 yards a clip, short down and distance, OL has to be solid and receivers have to catch. Any of those starts to unravel so does he. I think he starts pressing when he gets behind the chains and it effects his reads and mechanics.
