Anyone else scared of a letdown next week?

Watching the Deadskins tonight it's obvious the players have mailed it in. They are not worried about losing their jobs since they know their is going to be a new regime next year.

They probably just want to end the season injury free.

Sort of worried because the Skins always play us tough. We must remained focused mentally and physically, prepare for this game like it's our last, and go our there and just WIN

this team doesnt have the luxury to have a let down game.

No doubt, I think they have to win out to get in, I don't think the Giants will lose to Carolina at home with a back up QB and if Minnesota doesn't have anything to play for, they'll probably win that too.

IMO, they have no margin for error for the rest of the year

With this team's history of consistency, I'm not booking any game as a lock. Especially the Commanders.

We beat the 11-2 Giants last year to get our hopes up, then our hearts got crushed by Baltimore and Philly.

I dont go into any games "confident" because it makes the losses so much harder. However if we play with the focus and execution that we did against NO, we can go a long way, no doubt.

This. I'm very scared of this game. I don't want to see all of this momentum we started last week get stomped out immediately, and it wouldn't be the first time that the Cowboys followed a big win with a dud. Not to mention, something tells me that even if the Commanders have mailed it in, they won't mind getting up for one last hurrah against their archrivals.

after the Commanders got severly embarrassed at home tonight i think they will come out next sunday very determined and play us with everything they have. i think it'll be a close game that could go either way

They'll win. Just don't count on the same sort of *** kicking you witnessed tonight.

The SuperBowl is next week.

(for the Commanders)

Commanders are done!!If you qatched the game you should know that. There will hardly no fans at the game, i aspect to see just as many cowboys jerseys as that other ugly color.

Some fans on this thread talk just like Saints fans, and the media, were
talking before our game saturday night

No matter how jokingly they performed tonight, we should assume they
will be looking for a game to redeem their pride or some of and no better opportunity than beating the Cowboys

If the team starts thinking and approaching next Sunday's game like some
people on this thread we will LOSE

It will be tough.

Anyone that says otherwise is deluding themselves.

The Skins will throw everything at us on Sunday.

We'd better be ready for a flurry of haymakers.

If we can withstand the flurry, then I think we will gain control and win the game.

But the longer we keep them in it.....the tougher it'll get.

The Commanders have no pressure....just pride. We're still desperate. All pressure is on us....however, we should be more focused, confident, and motivated.

And, we still have more talent. That, in the end, should lead us.

If we lose to the Commanders next Sunday, we will lose to the eagles
and we wont make it to the playoffs

Question: Did the Crapskins play bad enough that NBC wants to flex the Dallas Wash game OUT?

Can't happen, we're already locked in.

I'm more confident about the Eagle game than I am the Skins.
