Anyone else growing to hate these guys?

And these are supposed to be the leaders of your team which the FO has paid the most money to. Awful, awkward and absolutely atrocious.

Cant say i hate them but you are right.

I think its what you attract when you are an owner who cares about money.

Put in DFlaw also. One of the worst cancers we have on this team.

My biggest problem as a fan is: i dont see things getting better if you get rid of those guys. You will attract the same kind of guys again with these Joneses in the FO. And they will sign them because they fit their mindset.

From the Dak fanboys you heard year in and out that he is such a great leader.

You could see his great leadership when he said that he is not panicking. That the solution has to come from the FO.

A real player who wants to win and is a leader would be sitting in front of JJs door all day to talk to him and convince him that change is needed. Would try to be part of the process.
Real players who are about winning would have gone mad if they were losing that way. If not for anything else their pride would have denied them to be silent.

After DFlaw, Dak is the biggest cancer we have on this team.

This season seems to be a particularly hyper uninspired franchise.

Maybe coaching has more to do with it. And the out dated schemes. And the lack of surrounding players, that they will not try to get as FA’s. A lot to do with the arrogance of the top two in the FO.

most all players have some type of attitude, you will never get away from that. You will not have a group of 53 humble players.

I sit here and see things like this all over the place. Why is it so hard to understand that there's a bigger problem. Who's hiring the coaches? Who's bringing in the players? Who is establishing the culture at Dallas?

It's one person and the true problem of the team. and yes, I do know that he isn't going anywhere and when his son takes over, not much is changing. However, all of this conversation about "X" player or "X" coach is redundant because nothing will change no matter the coach or player. The culture will still be the same.

I don't make it personal. Dak is what he is. He has always been the player he is. If you want to be mad at anyone be mad at Jerry for paying him like a diva when he is a second tier QB at best.

Same with Lamb. Lamb is a good receiver but he is not a dominant receiver that deserves the money he gets. He is the best receiver in Dallas but that is no reason to pay him $34 million. Blame Jerry. The problem with Lamb is there is no other threat on offense to take some attention away from him. Look at our RBs, and the rest of our receivers? Why pay Lamb $34 million and send him out on the field to get smothered by the defense because you can't pay another competent receiver?

Diggs is such a disappointment this year. It's one thing to be afraid of contact, but if you can't cover a receiver either it is a much bigger problem.

I have not issues with Parsons doing podcasts. All star players have outside interests. Some go to Cabo before playoff games. I would like to see Parsons be more physical and become more of a leader on defense, but like Lamb he is out there alone. No one else is a pass rush threat so Parsons gets double and triple teamed. At least last year Armstrong and Fowler - and even Sam Williams - put some pressure on the QB to help Parsons out.

If I was Jerry I would not have signed Dak to a $60 million deal. I would not have signed Lamb to a $34 million deal. I would consider trading Diggs after this season. Not because I don't like them as players but because I think there is a better way to spend the CAP money and get more out of it.

You can feel that way, but make sure you keep the hatred when they get a sack, a nice catch, and INT, throw a TD pass etc!!! You're not wrong for this post, I just want people not to get fooled when these players get hot, then go back on the losing ways

Ware I liked. Nguyen I liked. Lee I liked. Tyron Smith I liked. etc

I'll root for the team to win, but I won't consider buying any jersey. Especially due to liking a player.
Maybe a throwback jersey, but I'll wait till the owner can't make pennies off that purchase.
