Anyone else wish Michael Irvin could coach the Cowboys?

first off Mike was not caching the Probowl team. He was the captain of the team. Andy Reed was the coach I believe.

First of all, I have seen this question posed here many times. So dont hate on me for bringing new light to it. Watching Mike on the sideline coaching a team (even if its only the pro-bowl) makes me extremely happy. Doesnt anyone else wish he could one day coach the Cowboys? I know hes loving life for the NFL network, but hes just so passionate and looks good with that headset on doesnt he?

Ironically enough, with being a head coach for the pro bowl, Michael Irvin now has more head coaching experience than Garrett did when he was hired by Jones.

I could see him as a WR coach.

That would make me happy. I'm sure he makes good money now, but if he were to ever get into coaching, he might actually be pretty damn good. Who knows.

Coming in at training camp and giving pointers, tips and talking up pride for the Cowboys is about all I want him doing. He still acts like he's doing stuff he shouldn't be doing on NFL network on the late edition sometimes.

If I could have picked someone from that era to pursue coaching as a career, it would have been Woodson. But he didn't go that road, and I don't blame him.

He would get busted for possession within a year of having a job with actual pressure ....... so no.
