I'm always worried about divisional games. But the eagles are always a pain in the behind as of late. They just know how to counter Dallas. And yes I know we torched them for 30+ last season but for the most part they are always up to play and play us harder then any other NFC East rival IMO.

They have Litto, brown and Asante. That is one heck of a Secondary anyone who doesnt see that is crazy. witten is going to have to play big in order for us to win and Our running game is gonna have to step up. We'll really get tos ee if Romo improved his game this offseason. He will have to be patient and go through the reads as fast and best as possible. because knowing their Defensive C they will bring the heat!.

I hope We just dismantle them, but my gut feeling is it will be a darn tough game that might come down to a last minute drive.

Their safeties are trash, Jason Witten alone will win this game for us.

Oh, and did I mention their front-seven if their weakest in years? Marion Barber and our offensive line are going to have a field day.

Quinten Mickels has played nicely at SS(as much as I hate to admit it), and Dawkins is the heart and soul of that entire D.

Yes-that D scares me alot not only b/c they're talented, but they have alot of youth/quickness in addition.

I hope we don't have our work cut out for us.

No . The Eagles have a good D no doubt , but Dallas has possibly the best O-line in football , running backs who are good at picking up the blitz , good blocking tight ends , a QB with a quick release , and too many weapons . The Eagles D thrives on pressure , and I just don't think they will be able to consistently pressure Romo .

I'm far more concerned with Westbrook going wild , LJ Smith getting matched up against our linebackers , Mcnabb scrambling out of the pocket , and DeSean Jackson returning punts .

They will give us some problems like they do most team, sure.

But some Eagles fan on another board was telling me how the great Stewart Bradley and Chris Gocong would be impossible to run against because they were both 250+.

Well one, I don't believe they can't be run against. Bigg is the best guard in football and he's going to maul what's in front of him no matter who it is, Stewart "Superman" Bradley included.

And two, even if they are harder to run the ball on, I can't see a 255 lb OLB like Gocong containing Felix.

Finally, Romo is a competitor, and I think he's pissed off by last year's 10-6 loss when his thumb was hurt. Guys like him and Witten want revenge for that.

I just feel that right now, as early as it is, our team is a freight train going downhill with their foot on the gas.

I'm sure they'll grant your wish. Should be interesting, Romo hasn't had his best games against the Eagles but is that because of something they specifically do, or just because Romo had a couple of off days?

My guess is the latter -- good mobility, great pocket and overall field awareness, quick release and extremely accurate. The perfect recipe to beat a blitz and make them pay heavily on the other end.

There is going to be some big plays in this one. I'm sure they won't make the mistake that Cleveland did. They'll put a safety over the top against Owens the majority of the time, but Crayton, Witten and Austin will shred this D to smithereens. Not to mention, our offensive line and MBIII are going to eat their smallish defensive players for dinner.

Honestly, if you aren't fired up after a comment like this, you don't have a pulse.
I feel the same way. There's always a little apprehension with a division game coming up, but after being in Cleveland last week, this team is going to be hard to beat. Hard to beat.

not worried, but a little concerned.

Look, our OL is big and strong.....we should not be worried.

Why would I be worried? I am at home watching the game. I doubt the players are worried anyways, they go home to their big homes looking at there fat bank account regardless if they win or lose.

Not to put a damper on things, but technically speaking, freight trains don't run on gas.

Really the only D in the league that scares me. They play D how I would play it if it were up to me.
