The fight we exuded.

Making it a game-20-17 after horrible turnovers by Rush. I feel confident that this song will come out differently in December…..maybe even in January too
Lol. I am pissed. Those picks cost us the game. Moore and Rush trying to do what he can’t do. Trying to push the ball deeper. Keep it simple no matter who you play with him as QB. If he did that we could have won. Dak will be back. Let’s hope we keep it simple until he is more comfortable. Short passes and run the rock. Play great Defense and ST,

I think this game shows that the Eagles are beatable. Specifically, that we can beat them. Better QB play and we would have won, imo.

Three turnovers by us and they only won by 9 points. We didn’t exactly take a beating.

The offense is about to get help and be fixed.
Dak will play come Sunday.

Listen, no offense (what a pun), but Dak is not going to fix the offense if he plays anything like he did against Tampa in Week 1. He’s better than Rush but not by much. Not to mention Kellen Moore and his boneheaded decisions. I doubt we’ll improve by much offensively, which is a cause for concern IMO.

Moore has bone headed decisions no matter who is at QB.
However you and everyone else knows, that Dak can overcome those more so than Cooper.

It is just the anti Dak crowd will not admit it.
I hope Dak does not play like he did against TB, and I don't think he will. Sure there will be some rust. However the OL has played better. And the run game seems to be getting back on track. And that is a must for Dak to succeed. I am not 100% sold on Dak, but he is a far better option than Cooper for the long run.

Am I happy? No, but I am more optimistic today that I was before the game.

I said before the game this would be a test to see if the defense is for real of it they were just taking advantage of bad offenses. Yes, they gave up 26 points last night and 3 TDs, but 20 of the 26 points came in 1 quarter when the Cowboys played give-away. I mean if not for a stupid offsides penalty, one of those TDs comes off the board. This wasn't just any team, the Eagles have on of the best offensive lines in the NFL and the Cowboys sacked Hurts 4 times.

So the Cowboys defense should be able to stand up to any offense in the NFC.

On the other side, when Dak comes back they should be better on offense. But they need another WR.

I do.

We gave that game away just as much as the Eagles took it. That's an easy fix.

The way the team responded has me feeling good.

It's possible we may get to beat them twice later this season. At least once, so we have that to look forward to.

6 games in? Feeling really good. No injuries to speak of and our QB is coming back. We haven’t lost a division game in almost two years. We were due. Had we not fought back I would be pissed but we did even with a backup QB.

Hate that we lost but did love the fight these players displayed in the 2nd half of the game. Overall too many mistakes but these things they can improve on.

Yep, didn't expect them to win with a backup against that team.

6 down with a 4-2 record and better than anyone here assumed with 11 left to play.

The Eagles are not an impressive 6-0 team and while the Cowboys are 2.5 back, that can close quickly. The Giants are only 1 ahead and still on the schedule.

And best of all, the loss maybe shuts down the owner's mouth a little this week and anything that does that is a damned good thing! At least the football moron won't be talking about QB controversy.

Hard to feel real good being in third place in the NFC East, two games down to Philly and one game behind the Giants. Philly has a pretty soft schedule the rest of the way and we have a tough stretch coming up so it’s going to be an uphill battle to win the division. Philly could stay unbeaten for a while so we have little room for error. If we get down by three games to them we’ll be battling for a Wild Card.

I’m not even mad at Rush. He’s the backup and it happens. I’m still angry our D couldn’t stop them on that last TD when we could’ve went ahead. That is what bothers me the most.

Yeah feel fine honestly. With Dak I genuinely feel like we either win or it’s a nail biter. If that’s the class of the NFC we are right there.

Now the key is the beat Detroit and Chicago. If we lose either one of these all the good vibes are gone.
Good teams should beat the next two opponents. Don't drop the ball Big Mike

I feel no different now than I did before the season started. Dak needs to play well when he gets back. McCarthy needs to coach better and in game plan management definitely needs to improve. We need a dominate DT. And maybe another receiver. Kellen Moore play calling and schemes need to improve. We need to stop depending on just Micha. We need another play maker on defense to help out. So these were my thoughts from the start of the season and these problems still exist. If they don't get fixed? It's going to be just like last season again. 1 and out.

We hung in with a good team with our backup QB having his worse game..If they played again with Rush in i dont think he makes the same mistakes and we may win....we play them with Dak in and I think the offense puts enough pressure on Hurtz that hiding him behind the run would not work and we win.

Most of ya’ll had marked this one as a loss before the season started. Eagles at their house.

and we were in it at the end. Even playing as bad as we did.

What is the rough stretch? GB in GB maybe...Vikings? We have a chance in every game.
