I don't feel good. After all, the first half was about as bad as it could have been, and no matter how you spin it we still lost.

That said, I don't at all think this game spells doom. The Cowboys are still a good football team and I still think they can win the division.

i don’t think our schedule is all that bad either

We have Detroit next week and they’re one of the highest scoring teams in the league capable of putting up some points. They also give up a lot of points but we haven’t been a high scoring team that can generate a lot of offense and points. We haven’t had an easy game all season and this game won’t be easy especially coming off a big divisional loss. We can’t just assume our offense is going to get better when Dak gets back after what happened in the opener with him. That was our worst offensive game all season. The last time he returned from an injury he didn’t play well and he hasn’t played well for a while. After the bye we have Green Bay, Minnesota and the Giants in consecutive weeks. We’ll be on the road in Green Bay and Minnesota.

We all know the Packers aren’t playing well but by the time we play them they may be playing better and Aaron Rodgers has had our number. We’re going to have to string wins together and Philly is going to have to lose some games for us to catch them. When we play them later in the season it’s likely to be a must win game for us if we’re going to have any shot at winning the division. The bottom line is if we don’t start getting our offense on track resulting in more TDs/points and stop committing stupid penalties we’re going to begin to sputter out like we’ve seen with previous Cowboys teams.

Felling "Good" about a loss and building on some good things we did are not the same thing.. No there are no moral victories, but any good team will build from a loss with the good they did.

Do I feel good? I feel great! We are in the fight for a playoff seed and our starting QB returns next week. I love it.

You getting optimistic news coming in with THE likely return of the Main Man .and we don't have to settle for Cinderell backup, ... that's why we're not getting crushed on Black Monday as it is ..

feeling good. I wasn't even upset about the loss. Regardless of Dak coming back, not sure if it will matter that much if Moore doesn't get a better feel for how a game should be called.

What is the rough stretch? GB in GB maybe...Vikings? We have a chance in every game.

We have a chance in every game but after the bye we have Green Bay at Lambeau, Minnesota on the road and the Giants. That’s a tough stretch! The Packers aren’t playing well but by the time we play them they might be and Aaron Rodgers has our number. The Cowboys history has been pretty dismal coming away with wins at Lambeau and against Aaron Rodgers. We’ve been in every game we’ve played this season but we haven’t had an easy game. Our lack of offense and scoring is keeping opponents in games. If we had the offense we had last season I’m not sure we would’ve lost a game yet but we currently have one of the worst offenses in the league ranking 27th entering last nights game.

To be honest, I do feel good. If somebody told me after the Bucs game that the Cowboys would win four out of five games without Dak I would have said "are you crazy"?

The fight this team showed after falling behind 20-0 also bodes well for the rest of the season. Dallas wins last night minus the turnovers. The Eagles are 6-0 right now but the Cowboys are a lot closer to them than a lot of people think.

Another real good sign was how the defense adjusted too. Just a little more offense and the Cowboys win last night. I'm taking the glass half full approach to last night's game.

I stopped letting Cowboys games affect my personal weather about 35 years ago.

Sure it was disappointing, but we held the beagles to 268 yards. Game came down to turnovers, penalties and they were able to take advantage of our mistakes. Thinking bad about this team after 35% of the season being played is just premature.

Tons of football left. And…it’s the NFL! Who saw us being 4-2 after that opening night debacle? We’re actually sitting pretty good all things considered.

I re-watched the 2nd half for poops and giggles and don’t feel as good as I did last night.

The Eagles went away from the run in the 3rd quarter and had 2 quick 3 or so and outs. When they went back to the running game they ate the clock rather easily.

sadly I think if they had just ran the ball down our throats the entire game it would have been a lot uglier.

Plus Detroit can run the heck out of the ball…I think they have a top 5 running game.
What is our defenses’ Achilles heel?

The fight we exuded.

Making it a game-20-17 after horrible turnovers by Rush. I feel confident that this song will come out differently in December…..maybe even in January too

No because I'm old enough to remember when this franchise actually had high standards. Much higher than trying hard in a loss.

Our defense has shown cracks against the run. It’s going to be interesting to see if the loss last night has taken anything out of us. We need to bounce back against the Lions.
