Anyone have the clip of Newman running down Randy Moss from behind? (Post#34)

I remember thinking when Moss caught that ball that it was over and then...I said WOW! I thought Newman would receive a lot more attention for chasing Moss down than he received.

It wasn't quite as impressive as Green running down Tony Dorsett but it was pretty impressive.

Thanks. Someone said he was 15 yards behind. He wasn't. It was closer to 8-9 yards, but he did catch him and caught him pretty quickly. Impressive.

It was more like 15. Your only looking at it from when Moss Caught the ball. There was a wider angle that showed Newman from about 15-20 yards away sprinting up field while the ball was in the air.

Either way he ran him down and did it with ease.

God, I'm glad Bill isn't here anymore. Ware lined up over Moss? LOL. Keith Davis playing deep zones? Oh my.

Zimmer was the DCoord, not Bill.

And there's nothing wrong with having Ware bump Moss off the line, problem is Ware didn't get him.

And if not Davis playing the deep zone on that play, who would YOU put back there? With Moss getting that quick of a release (no bump) it wouldn't matter what safety we had back there.

good speed but that clip just means once again, we let Randy moss get behind our defense.:banghead:

Forgot this earlier...

Thanks THeebs! You always come through. :D
