Came across a $3500 Cartier at a REAL DEAL.

I wouldn't spend that much even if I had the money. I'd be afraid to wear it.

You should be able to but don't go to Wal Mart. You have to pay for it at the jewelry counter or else they walk it up to the checkout line. All for a $1 battery.

Can't afford some of the watches on here, but it is good to see that others like the citizen eco drives...I got the perpetual calendar two tone one.

I wouldn't spend that much even if I had the money. I'd be afraid to wear it.

That took me some getting used to. Finally I realized, "This is something meant to be WORN AND USED, regardless of the cost" so I just stopped worrying about every little nick and scratch on the bracelet or case.

You'd be surprised at how much fine timepieces can cost. Heck, even Seiko has a range of watches in the 7000 dollar range....3500 isn't too bad when you are talking about Cartier, Rolex, Blancpain, brands like that. Sure, all watches tell time in much the same way a Ford and a BMW get you from place to place. You are paying for the workmanship, the engineering, and yes a hefty bit for the reputation and name of the brand. And I'd say the majority of the people that buy them are folks that aren't rich, and have the luxury to own only one or MAYBE two of these at a time.

I wont get into the whole story but I got it for $100.

I went into Cartier to verify whether it was real or fake. It was REAL. HAHA!!

Its my fave!!!
