Anyone notice Crayton's false start on the Hurd TD?

You could call lots of ticky tack stuff, but that had no effect on the play whatsoever.

It was close but he may have gotten re-set...he made the little step just as the play clock went from 3 to 2 and the ball was snapped at 1 second...my understanding of the rule is you need to be set for 1 second.

Doesn't matter, if you false start it should stop the play right then and there.

We got away with one, but the giants were raping Ware all night so I'd say it evened out.

Send this video to Joe Gibbs, he will send it to the NFL for review.

No need to send it too him. He's probably already sent it in. :D

please, i was calling out false starts and holds on the giants all night long...reminds me of the '99 game against the skins when emmitt false started on the game winning td to rocket.

Yes, unfortunatly I remember that all too well.

LOL, that's pretty funny and very true. Although all teams send in plays for review.

Interestingly enough, watched the game with several friends and one diehard Cowboy friend of mine called the illegal motion by Crayton right as the ball was snapped...The rest of us thought he was crazy and rewound with DVR right after the TD...Sure enough, Crayton did move forward well before the ball was snapped...On TV, it was tough to catch as it was at the bottom of the screen...It was, however, on the Giants side of the field so I wonder if Coughlin was not complaining to the officials about it.

But, yeah, it was a blown no-call...That's why, in the final analysis, no real gloating over this win...It was a very fortunate win with a lot of poor play on both sides of the ball...And apparently a little luck too
