As if you guys needed any more proof that the British monarchy was a complete joke and a tyrant, I just came across this pamphlet by Thomas Paine, and I am mad as hell!

Niiice. I laughed.

Does anybody still think Communism isn't total nonsense? I found this manifesto by Karl Marx, and it's pretty obvious that he doesn't know what he's talking about.

I stopped reading ESPN articles at the start of this week. I feel so much better, cleaner and happier.

I just haven't found a different sports site that I like yet, si.com is filling in for now.

Why are people obsessed with ESPN and their thoughts on matters?????

It boggles my mind.

Carry on.

This is another example of the new direction at ESPN; as opposed to reporting the current news in the world of sports, they instead want to base their coverage around "predictions." This has led to some dirty tactics you can't even imagine.

I have been trying to figure that one out myself. I watch ESPN from time to time but I don't take everything that is said as gospel. Many of the reports are based on rumors sometimes the rumors are proven correct sometimes they are not. When it comes to their opinion well that is all it is their opinion and much like Bradshaw at FOX his opinion changes week to week.

I don't know what's funnier. The responses to this thread re: the date of this article............

Or the fact that London Fletcher is not on the lists. Not anywhere. Not on the "HOF worthy 1-50" list. Not on the "On the Bubble" list. Not on the "Odd Men Out" list. He may as well be on the "You Can't Seriously Think We'd Even Consider These Guys" List.

ESPN lost all credibility when Irvin and Parcells left.

No wait, they lost all credibility when NFLN emerged and put them to literal shame by offering so substantially more.
