Who are "you guys"??? Your same old same old crap in every thread gets boring and seemingly gives you a way, in your mind, to just dismiss what you don't agree with en massewhy is that surprising that they're actually using their full complement of players that they brought into camp you know like 90 to give them reps and get them some practice I mean isn't that what training camp is doesn't Brock Hoffman deserve some training I mean it's called training do you not know what training means that means a lot of the dudes who don't need a lot of camp are not getting as many reps and the young kids and the first time on this team type players need the reps they're getting the reps. I mean if not for training camp and preseason how would these players ever get on the field? You guys are making a mountain out of a molehill with all this stuff yes it's training camp they're using multiple players in positions they're probably not going to see in the regular season they're trying them out everywhere..
The day I wrote that the RG getting first team reps in camp was Brock Hoffman. Not because we are getting everyone reps with the first team, so don't play that card, but from what I read because he is right now the top or at worst one of the top options there. Hopefully it's just to see his flexibility because of how poor Farniok was there because they may be battling for the backup center job. This must be after Ball stunk it up, again, and Farniok was moved back to center after a horrible showing at OG. The reason it makes me nervous is because our All Pro RG is holding out and our LT will absolutely get hurt and one option would be moving Tyler to LT to replace him which could possibly create a scenario where we are playing two backup OGs but almost certainly one. One could be Hoffman and the second could be a guy that Hoffman was outperforming. You apparently can't see the difference between making a mountain out of a mole hill and trying to create a roster to play an NFL season with. The last few years have shown the importance of OL depth for this team and how the lack of it has hurt us. Who is Hoffman competing with right now that will step up and play well or at least better than him? A bunch of late draft picks and UDFAs who have done nothing in this league. Most importantly all of this coming in a preseason where we entered knowing OL depth was a problem before the Martin hold out. So if you watch the OL rotation right now and feel all warm and fuzzy going into the season you clearly are drinking the Jerry juice. I think reasonable fans have known all along that the OL depth could very likely be an issue and are even more concerned now. So if "you guys" is the reasonable fans, count me in
