I admit I really doubted this guy in the pre-season but man it feels nice to have a good QB back there now. I haven't felt this way since the Aikman years. There were some guys here who defended him that I have to give credit to but can't remember their names. His accuracy is really impressive and his touch on the deep ball is the best I have seen. Keep it up Drew.

i'll defend drew till my dying breath. always liked drew, all the way back to washington state.

Wasington State! I was watching him from the Blue Devil stands in Walla Walla in '88-'90. The team had its pregame meals at my restaurant and Drew stood above the tackles! My wife drew up his college loan papers at the local bank when he was contemplating just going to our local junior college. Watching him play forward on the HS basketball team..........that wasn't always a pretty sight.

Darn tootin! I grew up in Hermiston, but had a bunch of friends in Walla Walla and watched him play in HS a few times. I remember wishing we had a QB like him back then.

I've been rooting for him every since his mom broke the news to me that our weekend together in Los Vegas had resulted in a surprise, and she was naming him.......oh nevermind.

Drew is playing great no doubt but props to Parcells also. Parcells understands how to use Drew to our benefit. I dont know if we would be seeing the same QB if he were on another team. Good work by both men.

I really envy all you guys who doubted Drew from the start because his play thus far this season must feel overwhelmingly good; like something out of the blue that lifts your whole life.

I sweated the play of the offense around Drew because I knew what he was capable of from the start. No matter how many times I tried to argue in his favor, people would bring up stuff about how poorly he played on bad teams. Everytime I'd bring up how intermediate targets like Keyshawn and Witten could make a huge difference for this guy, everyone threw up statistics from old teams and non-similar situations.

Just don't expect every week to be as perfect as last Sunday, because it won't be. Each and every QB in the NFL (except Tom Brady) has ups and downs. When the season is over, I think Drew will still be near the top of QB rankings as a passer of his pedigree, health, and experience should be.

I agree with you but I also have no doubt many of the nay sayers are looking for the bad game from Bledsoe. He will have his bad days most QB's do but from what I have seen from Bledsoe he brings a lot of positives to this team.

Excellent play so far, but I'm still keeping an eye on him. I still remember his play last year . . . :nervous: :pray2:

Another thing even teh TV announcers noticed is literally how hard he is to bring down, a big tall dude, he does stand tall in the pocket doesn't he...
