Anyone wanting to fire MM was having a temper tantrum.

It’s just that simple.

I’m not sold he’s the coach of the coach of the future either but one thing any fan of any sport who has lived on the planet long enough should know is that firing coaches a few games into their tenure is reactionary to say the least and when you add in a COVID shortened training camp to boot, and no preseason, you can add the word ludicrous next to reactionary. You have to give a staff a reasonable amount of time to adjust and make their stamp on the organization. That generally takes years, not a few games.

I am taking it personally. These talking heads are predictably crushing the NFC East because the Cowboys have a chance of winning it. A few weeks ago they were saying the Giants and the Football Team would win a first round playoff game because of their defenses. Now the Giants and Football Team stinks because the Cowboys have a chance at the playoffs.

whatever credibility you are trying to gain by thinking along the lines of SAS only shows you are more of a clown than he is. Make your points by stating facts according to you, not the idiot that he is. SAS has no facts, and his act is his act that is all. I understand the frustration, especially early on. This franchise has had an unusual amount of obstacles. It makes sense to me to take a step back and look at all of the factors. And now, things seem to be improving which is encouraging moving forward.

So are you saying Cowboys haven’t choked and fugged up when they need to win the most. I need you to go back and watch some real football before coming back pretend to be NFL fan.

A defense that relies on turnovers is not a sustainable defense and will get exposed against better teams

the last 3 games are a mirage and CZ fans are falling for it

The biggest loss of making the playoffs for us would be that Nolan might be back back next year

well....lets give it a week, keep up the good vibes and see how it works out. If this team wins out, meaning 4 in a row, and makes the playoffs, great....if they win out and wash does too so we miss, at least we put it together to end the year and will have some good momentum going into next year.

If you want to be a real Cowboys fan, I need you to make your own arguments not follow those of an idiot like SAS is. You may as well go the other way and quote Skip, he is the fan boy SAS isn't. I am pretty sure I have watched more Football than you have, and lots more Cowboys football than you have..and yes, they have nothing to show for the last 25 years and the franchise has been a mess from top to bottom. Leave him out of the equation and an intelligent conversation might be able to be had..when you realize his gig is to try to attract ratings and annoy Cowboys fans(without ever stating one fact) that is your first step to recovery...

It is a nice gesture that Mike McCarthy, Mike Nolan and Andy Dalton will very likely never know about--in their lifetimes.

Win or lose, it will be extremely interesting to me how McCarthy and Nolan coach and witness Dalton's performance in possibly the final game of the season. The Football Team/Eagles game will play out hours afterward, so I am looking forward in seeing how pumped and focused the entire team will be not knowing for certain what their immediate future looks like. Will they play for the following weekend? Or will have perform like they have plans to go fishing? How they play will provide some insight.

Wow! A revelation! I thought they regular read our board and truly cared about us. I'm heartbroken!

I was a tank guy. I forgot to apologize for that. What players have we missed out on because we did not give up? Horne is not far behind Surtain and Farley. Collins can play as well as Parsons. We did not miss much by dropping.

Well who knows. And who knows how they would have responded?

In the meantime...we're instilling WINNING into many of our football players. What it takes to WIN. Look at these kids balling out for the first time all season. It matters.

In any case, everyone is right "when they are right", but SAS doesn't really care about being right as much as he cares about stirring up people to get attention for him and his show. It's hard to fathom people don't realize that.
