Well, you must understand that Jerry Jones as GM and Fat Stevie Jones as whatever have to be careful. There is always a chance they could get called in on the carpet and yelled at or even fired for taking a gamble on free agents and it not working out. OH wait, DARN, shoot. That does not apply to the Jones dudes because they own the team. Well then they must fear being wrong and being ridiculed in the press and on forums like this for being poor managers. HECK, gosh, WAIT again. They are considered to be near inept managers already by the press and most forum posters. So, pray tell, what could be holding these guys back?

Sucks that players like bobby wagner etc, sign huge deals and end up getting CUT after that 1st season with the team. Or a team like the Broncos having a FORMER cowboys player in Gregory, who didn't do anything, YET he's still on the team with a big contract!!!! Get over it Jerry and Stephen stuff happens, take your chances. Hell at least Wagner had a good year lol
