So are you suggesting that if for some reason T.O. goes down, that the 'boys would lose 100% of their games? I guess I'm not understanding. While T.O. is a very significant part of this team, I hesitate to think that this team isn't good enough to win at least one game, considering how much talent there is up and down the roster.

Plus now we have... Da Amendola!!! *rolling thunder in background* :D

So you expect some kind of accolades for the season you had? 13-3 and an early exit from the playoffs...
I wasn't fishing for anything. I wasn't making excuses or issuing labels about mediocrity.

You completely missed the point of my post. I was responding to your post when you basically said Cowboys = TO. I brought to your attention that most teams, if not all, will struggle if their start player is out. Instead, you chose to rant about how good your team was beating bad teams and the Cowboys.

Moss is not half as good as TO and when he was out, all your WRs didn't catch a single TD well past half-season.
I was responding to what you said about Min, Chitown and the Saints having a bad bad streak at the end and how we were lucky we faced bad teams. The fact is, the Saints weren't able to win out so they didn't make it. They had to win out and they didn't. Not exactly having a bad bad streak, is it? And Minny was on a 6-game winning streak coming into week 16. And we ended it in convincing fashion. Chicago wasn't really a playoff team, so I don't know why they are in the conversation.

With the Saints I guess you could say we got lucky, but the chances of them continuing that streak for as long as they had to was low. And Minnesota, it doesn't matter because we beat them. If we hadn't, had they played somebody else, I don't know what would happen. So it wasn't lucky at all.

I gotta admit... bb has grown on me. His post in this thread is a perfect example of why, too.

Up untill you beat them on NFL Network, they had just as good of a chance as your team did.

All this is irrelevant, if you missunderstood the point of my first post then you sure didn't miss the second one. Go back and read my second post and tell me why your WRs couldn't catch a TD when Moss was out. Or why your team just lost control when ST was injured even before he was shot.

Does that mean that the Commanders wins and losses only on ST and to a less extent Moss? Or could it be that they are/were important parts of the team and the Skins can not afford to lose, well one of them anyways.

I been reading many threads cowboys fan create and make me think Are cowboys fan worry about Commanders this season. Fan create three thread 1. Commanders Draft Pick was missing, 2. Great Article on Skins draft, and Commanders No UDFA Signings? If you go to Commanders ES board you will see no threads about yall draft picks, nothing on no cowboys player and nothing about cowboys team. Commanders dont care what yall do. Why are yall paying so much attention of Washington Commanders? Guess cowboys fan will find out on September 28 how we did on draft day.

:laugh2: That obviously not true there are plenty of Deadskins fans on our forums which is why we make these threads. You must be really worried cause you on our site!!:lmao: :lmao2: :lmao2: THis GUY is Hillarious, TAKE THAT:skins: AND THAT:skins:STUPID SKINS FAN!!

This thread is a doozy. I am loving it

To my Commanders brethern who a) posted this thread and b) continued arguing in it, the Commanders could win the next 5 Superbowls and the Cowboys win 5 games the next 5 years and the fans here won't "be afraid"

Likewise, if the Cowboys win 100 games in a row, I still will never give credit :)

Gotta love the NFL, only here can this passion come out in May

I'm a little different...If the Cowboys beat the Commanders 100 times in a row, I would just be worried about game 101.

However, even if the Skin's win the next 5 Superbowls, I would still believe the Cowboys could beat them at anytime.

I'm never more nervous than during a Cowboy Commander game. And never more excited.

I absolutely look forward to the Cowboys/Commanders games cause they're just about the most exciting games you'll ever watch, from a fan/rivalry standpoint, of any games in the league. The only games that I get more excited, and nervous for, are the playoffs and Superbowls.

I think that the Gints/Boys are creeping into that category.

I consider the Giants our main rival now. The Commanders are a boring team, with boring players, boring fans, laughable owner, and we beat them down every year. No fun.

I'm willing to bet if you go to the ATN part of ExtremeSkins it's filled with Cowboys articles and likely started by a "Commanders Fan" tr1 and his partner in dumb...err, I mean partner in crime, Bubba.

As per usual, Skins fans need to get a clue.

YAKUZA

And how many posts do you have on ES?

Yes -- there are a lot of Cowboys articles on ES. Yes -- most of them were started by tr1. However, as bad as tr1 is (sometimes even I shake my head at some of his posts) he does generate a lot of good discussion, heated debates, etc. Also, there are far more Cowboys fans on ES, then there are Commanders fans on here. What does that say? Who cares? It's a rivalry.

For me, I love talking football. I love debating/arguing/screaming at Cowboys fans. They're our primary rival. The Skins-Boys rivalry is one of the best in all of sports. All this obsession talk is nothing more then an ego feeding proposition.

I enjoy Good Discussion as well, Most of us wouldn't post at ES because if you don't agree with the Party line you get Banned unlike here. As far as TR1 goes, I can't see how he fuels good Discussion on things as most of the time he is way off base and should be considered an Embrassment to that Board.

What's funny is I was had a 10-day time out on ES b/c I got a little heated with a Cowboys fan (I repeatedly called him a *******). There is a lot of leeway given, warnings, etc. So long as you're not a complete and total blowhard, are somewhat respectful, you stay. Unfortunately some people just don't get it -- on both sides of the fence.

While, I don't disagree with you about our mutual friend -- if you ignore his input, the articles he posts do generate a lot of very good debates. Being a Commanders fan, I find him hilarious. There are Cowboys fans over there that just can't help but respond to him. And they get more and more annoyed. It's highly entertaining to watch. I liken him to a Claude Lemeuix -- he's great when he's on your side, but when you're opposing him, he is a royal PIA. And there are Cowboys fans here who are of the same vein -- as there are on any team message board.
