In the NFL, coaching is incredibly important. In many people's opinions, Garrett was a bad coach. We hope that McCarthy is much better. If all of that is true than yeah, Dallas is a good team.

Since coaching is an unknown, I don't really think anyone can say this stuff definitively. As happy as we are with MM, he certainly had his detractors in Green Bay.
