We're in a run first offense now. Only reason Dez didn't crack 1,000 yards last year.

Still managed 10 TD's.

I think Dez will be here long term. Could be wrong but I think he gets a third contract. He was a major reason the team came together last year. There's a lot of players on that team that respect and admire Bryant. If he's asking for the moon then he probably will be gone. If he wants to win, he'll sign a friendly contract like Williams.

he may, but it would be in line with his production, not potential at that point.

i don't think many can claim he's earned his paychecks yet and his distractions have not been countered on the field with production. irvin was one distraction after another but he seldom missed a game and literally had to be carried off the field.

while i see the passion out of dez - all the time. i don't see that type of commitment. dez is more likely to stop playing football cause people didn't want to pay him millions he wanted.

so if we're looking for life after dez, let's do it now while we've got 2 of 3 key positions covered in qb and rb. let's go get that irvin and watch things grow over the next decade.

I wanted the Cowboys to draft Lynch and Prescott wasn't even on my radar of consideration. After Moore broke his leg I thought Dak would just get more grooming to be the backup if needed but still never considered him a viable starter.
