Are We Down to 3 Names?

I think like it or not you need to add the safeties and Mosely to that list. I don't want a first round safety, but for years I screamed offensive line and it seemed so obvious and yet they went RB,CB,WR,CB all the time ignoring the giant hole in the offensive line. I hope the last few drafts mean they've learned, but I worry they have too much belief in Marinelli (who I love), but talent still matters.

Ealy still scares me, I just can't get a handle on him. I don't think he's gonna be their in a trade down. This year is bereft of DE's

Barring a trade up or down, it looks like we have narrowed the focus to three names:

Aaron Donald
Timmy Jernigan
Anthony Barr

I didn't include Zach Martin since he has not been reported as being a pre draft visitor. I think they learned their lesson with Claiborne and won't spend a #1 on someone who has not visited.

We at CZ zone seem to be down to 3 names. I would be very disappointed in the Cowboys brain trust if they didnt have at least 12 to 15 names. Zhit happens you dont expect every year in the draft and people fall. They better be prepared. They may have a list of 5 people they THINK/HOPE to be there at 16 but the list of possible people damn well better be much longer and the research should include lengthy research into many they dont feel will likely be there at 16. Although most here right now would wail to the heavens at the possibility I dont think you can rule out short trade ups as well as trade downs in this draft for the RIGHT PLAYER.

Could be, if they are both gone, hopefully Jernigan is there.

Those are the three names that seem to fit dire need picks on a flailing Defensive line. I like the DTs better than Barr mostly because he's 242 lbs.

HOWEVER....if a player slides the caliber of TE Ebron, WR Evans, QB Maziel, QB Bridgerewater or WR Watkins...they'd be hard to pass up because we are talking Franchise Player.

Though FS is a huge concern personally, LB Cj Mosley has some real talent and would be better than taking a Safety but you couldn't complain about upgrading the middle of the Defensive Backfield.
