Are we losing both coordinators?

I think KM leaves also if we have a deep run. DQ is gone.

If Jerry paid them like head coaches, would they stay?
For some assistants, being a head coach is very important to them and in those cases, I think money means less than the opportunity to be a HC. Money is obviously important, but that’s not always everything to an assistant coach with dreams.

You gotta think Russell Wilson wants Sean Peyton? Not sure why Denver would want a defensive guy. They were horrid offensively last season.

I'm not a KM fan...but the offence this year was good with him and Dak...if they did not commit so many turnovers they probably score a bunch more points, and we had no clear number 2 receiver...I gotta think someone will eventually give him a chance...

Unfortunately, there’s a strong possibility he’s the Rooney rule sacrificial lamb
Ryan appears to be the favorite for the Houston Texans job. There is also a ton ofminority coaching candidates that you can’t say they are token interviews. Especially defensive coaches. The Rooney rule has taken time but there are a number of good minority candidates now.

I think Quinn has a significant chance to land a HC job this summer but KM only if he just knocks the interview out of the park like Joe Judge reportedly did. Moore hasn’t got the body of work yet though he is getting there. If he has another strong year next season I think there will definitely be legitimate suitors.

I wouldn't be surprised if one or both left, but also there's a possibility they take position coaches w/ them.

Move McCarthy to GM and Quinn to HC. Problem solved.

Should be other way , happy to lose Moore .
I dunno.....I've been critical of Moores play calling but it seems he's improved a lot over the past few seasons. And he's taken a QB everyone calls a bum, backup, over rated, can't throw guy and made him general of a top 5 offense these past few years. Be careful what you ask for......the grass is pretty green on our side right now!

You are correct about grass being green on the other side, but with a unconventional OC , situational football is never a given, doing stupid things in most in opportune moments have been a signature of Moore , obviously he is good with playcalling in general as offensive performance has been good for a few years , but it could be attributed to Good OL, above average QB , and a good mix of TEs and WRs. ( its not like that he had to work with Washington commodore like players )

I think Jerry can pay both more than what they would get otherwise. There's no salary cap for coaches.
It’s not about the money. Quinn wants the lead role. But only in the right opportunity. Not sure if Denver is it or not.

Quinn yes. Moore no
And this sums up what the league thinks of both. No one wants Moore and he obviously does zero to impress when he interviews. Quinn will be gone after this year. Unfortunately, no one will want Moore. Same as no one wanted Garrett when he was the OC. Even though both had really good offenses numbers wise on good teams, no one wants them as their coach.

Honestly I am pissed that any of our coaches would take interviews right now. Does Quinn care if our Defense goes tits
up tomorrow because he was doing a interview instead of his job here. If this happens how much would you want him. I personally would have more respect for him if he said I will interview and listen after the season is over…

If I was JJ I would let Quinn go without a counter offer. He blew a 14 point lead and a 17 point lead and in a SB he let his defense at the time blow the biggest lead ever. That was sick to watch and I don’t care who you root for.

Don't be so sure. Promotions that lead to incompetence and ineffectiveness (See the Falcons) are not worth it, especially when your prime zone as a defensive coordinator is paying more.

yeh that's what i believe so as well.

Quinn likely headed to Denver post playoffs - his resume and credentials as a past HC comes into play

Kellen won't have many HC chances since there really isn't that many NFL head coach firings and openings

Not unless he'd be willing to take the dreadful HC gig with Houston Texans ....

- You're pissed that Quinn is getting an HC interview, elsewhere ...... yet you're blaming the same guy for losing a SB to dynasty powered Pats ..?

- How many other HC's in NFL even had a sniff of even making it to a Super Bowl appearance ?

- Whether HC or DC, Quinn had already had a hand in at least 3 Super bowls ... just not many other current HCs and former HCs can make claim to that
