This backup QB thing really needs to be addressed. Bledsoe will be gone, which will leave only Baker. We need to bring 4 QB's to camp. We need to find 2, including one who will give TR some REAL competion which will make him better. This year I'm leaning towards a draft pick and a soild vet. For the vet, we might have to trade and not just settle for a castoff or some guy out of work. Thoughts?

I am a little surprised we haven't added another off the street yet.

That indicates to me we have draft or free agent plans.

Great post. Wade needs to address this need pronto. A vet who can step in and play is needed.

Hey I'm available! I had a great game on Sunday as I played QB for both teams ( we were short players), I couldn't lose!

Actually, I did throw the ball very well but my timing was a bit off after not having played in about 8 months. I'm sore as heck now.

To answer the initial question, no we aren't ready if Romo gets hurt but it is a bit premature to be asking that question just yet as we haven't even hit the FA period yet nor the draft.

Let's wait a couple of months before wondering if our depth is OK.

I like Bledsoe coming off the bench. Like what he did in '01 when Brady got hurt. Bledsoe came in trailing against a very good Pittsburgh team & got his team to the Super Bowl. I would love to have him back, I just don't think he would want to hold on PAT's:laugh2:
