Are we the same old Dallas Cowboys? Yes or No?

We'll find out when this season is over if this is the same old Cowboys. The past 3 seasons they've been in control of their own destiny late in the season only to blow the opportunity and miss the playoffs. They were in control of their own destiny heading into the Philly game on Thanksgiving and blew it and now they're back in control again thanks to Seattle's win over Philly yesterday. If the Cowboys beat Philly on Sunday Night and lose to Indy the following week Philly will be back in control if they beat the deadskins. The Cowboys may have to win out to make the playoffs so they'll still have some work left if they can somehow find a way to beat Philly.

Exactly. A win against Philly and a loss against Indy is the same as a loss against Philly - so in essence, Sunday doesn't tell us anything. Hate to be Mr. cliche but it's a game at a time and it's not over until the zeros come up on the Washington scoreboard.

No....No matter how this season turns out, this team is filled with overachievers. The defense lacks major talent and they play hard. Past teams underachieved and were soft. I think McClain and Scandrick are the only defensice players than could be considered blue chip players. As a fan, this is an easy team to root for because they give it their all. The culture of entitlement has finally ended.

Prove it to me this Sunday night where we go into Philly and win a game that we must win. Smash mouth football on both sides of the line of scrimmage. I am tired of this team stringing us along and when the moment of truth comes where they must win they disappoint us year in and year out. No more excuses Cowboys, here is your chance to redeem yourselves and bury that Thanksgiving game where we were humiliated.

If you want to be a championship caliber team, you have to beat teams with winning records in December...........see Seattle going into Philly and winning yesterday.

If you cant beat teams with winning records in December (Philly and Indy)......................you really are not a playoff caliber team..................just a team that stacked wins against a soft schedule earlier in the season.
