Fabini = Injured Parcells retread - potential RT candidate for next year.

His injury was freakin' torn muscle, Eskimo... I've had lots of them over the course of my athletic career, they aren't any big deal... a month or two to heal, and you never have any more problems with them... you're making a big deal out of nothing on that one...

He's also part of the reason Curtis Martin was able to put up the stats he has, Jason is a pretty good run blocker...

I swear, some of y'all can find fault with ANYBODY... you seem to think the Boys should be able to line up All-Pros at every position... of course, none of you can tell us how they can do that and stay under the cap...

This ain't Madden, pal; in the real world, you have to line up guys like Fabini...

My interpretation:

The Jets' former Left Tackle, released in a cap-savings move. He will play Right Tackle in Dallas and serve as an experienced backup should Adams be injured again so nobody has to see Torrin Tucker again.......

A good interpretation, except you left out that Fabini has played RT in his career too, including a few starts there last year...
