Yikes -- this is what many here have been expecting for some time now. Count me as one of them. Will Jerry fire MM and replace him with Quinn? Not likely, unless Jerry totally lied when he said MM would be back next year. Normally, Jerry means what he says, with rare exceptions. As for myself, I'm fairly uncertain Quinn would be nearly as good a HC as he is a DC. That's just silly me and lots of others think, though. We'll soon see.

He wasn't a good HC in Atlanta. One Super Bowl appearance due to Shanahan's offense with a peak Julio Jones and Matt Ryan. And he blew that Super Bowl historically.

Some guys are better coordinators than HCs

Going to Arizona is setting yourself up for failure. . The coach killing QB loves video games more than football, not to mention his cap destroying contract.
It's not like he's gonna win here anytime soon. You don't very many HC opportunities

I am not suggesting that. I think he should hold out for a better job. Arizona looks like sure failure to me.

Honestly that is the only hope of a SB anytime soon walking out the door.
no chance the Cards are going to take over SF any time soon

Arizona isn’t a great spot. They have about 15 million in cap, their QB is locked up and their #1 wants out. So you cannot really choose your own guy.

If he goes, I expect a trail of Dallas players to follow. LVE, Wilson etc

You either hire Quinn as the HC or risk losing him...

Quinn can run circles around McCarthy.

He is as good as gone and I am OK with it. If it was up to me I would blow up this entire team and start over. Get rid of Zeke and Dak and take a $100 million cap hit. I don't care. We are never going to win with these guys anyway. What are we going to go 11-6 again and lose in the first round? Clean house and get rid of all the big stupid contracts for average and below average players. I would actually enjoy watching the Cowboys better if we had some QB off the street than that, mattress sleeping, Real Housewives' intercepting idiot on our team!

Blow the team up and let Jerry and Stephen Jones pick the players and coaches to rebuild... and end up in the exact same place we've been for the past 30 years which is 2nd round playoffs max.
