He is as good as gone and I am OK with it. If it was up to me I would blow up this entire team and start over. Get rid of Zeke and Dak and take a $100 million cap hit. I don't care. We are never going to win with these guys anyway. What are we going to go 11-6 again and lose in the first round? Clean house and get rid of all the big stupid contracts for average and below average players. I would actually enjoy watching the Cowboys better if we had some QB off the street than that, mattress sleeping, Real Housewives' intercepting idiot on our team!
$100 million cap hit?

Broncos have a QB? . . . Arizonia has one?

That defense could be a monster with him . . QBs are a dime a dozen
Both AZ and Broncos have at least a Serviceable QB and Good Defensive pieces. with the Colts you have Matty Ice who's done and will be there as a stop gap guy and nothing behind him. You have some Defensive pieces but its more of a total rebuild than the bronco's and Cards.

What do NFL head coach interviews consist of? Like, why do they last hours and require multiple interviews?

I'd rather have a high pick and get my QB of choice than inherit a QB that is proven to be not good enough. Even if he's not the guy, you buy yourself a couple of years

I don't think Murray is it, and Russ has destroyed that franchise

Colts are in a great spot. After matty ice cut and 2 restructures they'll have over 50 million in cap space and have the #4 overall pick so you basically have free reign of the QB situation. There offensive line, running back, and defensive are all very good.

Colts have a great combination of good players already on the roster, good draft picks coming up, and good cap space.

..what we know, Dallas has gone 12-5 back 2 back, under MM. Best to ride the hot hand.

Hopefully, DQ remains. But there are other DC's.

Harder to find good HC, then DC.

Wilson hit a wall this year and cost them a lot of draft capital and Mighty Mouse has Arizona in salary cap hell (he may never play a full season agaon)

Colts are the team

Dark days are ahead when Quinn leaves. I will miss having a good defense after so many years of mediocrity. :(

Not looking good here.

Quinny is long gone, he knows it's a lose, lose situation with Prescot at QB! When Parsons, who is probably the BEST PLAYER on the Cowboys came out and said they lost because of the interceptions then it's time to pick your bags to greener pastures! Quinny knows that the weight around this organization's neck IS Dakota "WENTZ 2.0" Prescot!

Denver - stuck with Russell's contract, entourage, and declining play, and not a lot of draft capital.
Arizona - stuck with Murray's contract, his attitude, and a bad defense in need of a rebuild.
Indianapolis - no QB, but in position to get one, and a reactionary, meddling owner.

I don't know, but being paid like a head coach to just worry about running the Cowboys defense doesn't sound like a bad alternative to me.
