Arizona is overrated

You're fooling yourself if you think Arizona would be able to go toe to toe against us or it would be in "their favor" with Romo healthy. Weeden absolutely cost us this game.

They are pretty good in their house Cas.

Yes, I'd favor the Cowboys in Dallas (with Romo). In Arizona, it's closer to a toss-up.

I have immense respect their HC plus that team seems really resilient. They won games with Stanton who is absolute trash.

Fam, are you that much a homer? Did you watch the game today at all? This is not the old NFC East cards and you know it. All I ask is an honest assessment of the game and our teams as they stand today, and you're saying we cant go toe to toe? We've beaten Frisco, SD, the entire NFC East, but we can't go toe to toe. Okay. ;)

As I said, I believe a healthy Romo makes the difference in this game in Dallas. It's a different game in AZ, though.

And of course Weeden cost us this game.

Boggles the mind, doesn't it?

This is the kind of post I'm talking about @Idgit.

Yeah, I agree he's off base. It's not laughable to think of either of these teams beating the other. They're both good. They both have some flaws.

A win on the road against a solid Cowboys team IS something to get excited about. Offensively we moved the rock very well today. We have been winning as a team all year and today was nothing different. To say not to get excited is to minimize what you guys have been able to accomplish all year. I still a great respect for the Boys, and will take this win for what it is. We didn't play perfect today either and still won. We keep getting crapped on, yet still continue to win. I'll take that every day all day.

LOL you guys get crapped on? I tip my hat you guys were the better team today. But a healthy Romo makes this a closer game than what it was and would have completed a pass to a receiver way before the end of the fourth quarter. Does it mean a win for us? No just a more competitive ball game that what it appeared. But your team still has 5 division games left and two with seattle and we all know records are thrown out. Before you make your claim to the top of the west or the nfc I would worry about those in your own division which have 4 straight NFC championship appearances. 2 superbowl appearances and 1 superbowl win. By far the toughest division in the NFC right now

Wow...

Arizona is 7-1...with the best record in the NFL, with their only loss coming to Denver with Logan Thomas having to play QB for them...

Romo couldn't beat Washington last week. It's just another hypothetical to make people feel better about this loss.

I've NEVER seen this much blind homerism in one thread before....

Unbelievable.

And those ready to crown them champions after 8 games are just as blind.

If Arizona is overrated, what does that say about a Cowboys team that has now lost 2 straight (one to a 3-5 team) and has only beaten one team with a winning record?

This season has shown us week in and week out that most teams are fairly even and anything can happen on any given Sunday. Right now, there are a handful of teams you expect to lose every week (Raiders, Jags, Bucs, Jets) and a couple you expect to win every week (Broncos & Pats; unless they play each other, of course). Both of those categories are a carousel, though. A few weeks ago the Rams and Skins would've been on the 'expect to lose' list and the Cowboys, Eagles & Chargers might have been on the 'expect to win' list. It's hard for me to put the Cards in the 'expect to win' category as well for some reason, thought I can't place my finget on why. But with the way they've been playing and the teams they've beat, maybe it's time to do so.

No one is crowning anyone champions. Some are just saying that the team with the best record in the entire nfl is not overrated. Perhaps, if ANYTHING, they are a bit underrated by many right here in this thread. We lost. Give them some credit and hopefully, we'll meet again down the road.

I did give credit where it was due. They were the better team yesterday no doubt about it. My point was the season is at the halfway point and there is still a lot of football left to play. I hope we get a rematch too. But I take it game by game. Bring on the Jags!

These guys were 10-6 last year. They are the real deal. If anything they are probably a season ahead of us in development. The Cards can fly!

I've noticed when other teams fans are allowed on here they hang around awhile.

Then you know they are going to their teams message boards & posting "you wouldn't believe the idiots over on this board called Cowboys Zone!"

I give them credit. They are a good football team but I rarely get accuses of being a blind homer. I call it like I see it and I don't see the Cardinals as the best team in the NFC.

They are having a nice run but they are more in the 4-6 range. Im not going to be suckered in by their record and I welcome a game against them in the playoffs instead of a team with Aaron Rodgers.

Romo missed half the game against the Commanders.

Overrated? I don't know about that. If they are overrated then so is every other team in contention.

I do agree with you. I'm still not convinced . They've been very fortunate and won some close games but Palmer has never won a playoff game and now that they are the favorites I am interested to see how they handle that. Maybe the coaching staff provides a difference but I'm not ready to say they are the best team in the NFL and I definitely would love to play them again with a healthy Romo.

I have no idea how many series it was and not exactly what you are trying to prove. If you are trying to make out we didn't miss him, so be it.
