Arizona or New Orleans - who do we match up with better?

I don't know anybody can say this based on the Cardinals success in the playoffs last year and this year so far. Also how the Saints played the last 3 games of the season and they way they lost to Tampa Bay especially. The Saints defense is not that good so saying the Cards have no chance is silly.

I agree. I think this is going to be a high scoring game I think the punters may as well stay at home this weekend. Both of these defense look poor.

might be silly to you..I said the same thing last week about the packers having no shot, I got roasted, and it turned out I was right..might the game be close? Sure, but the cards wont win..thats what I mean, I am not saying they will get killed. I am just saying they will not win.

However, after seeing Dallas annihilate the Saints already, I would not be too worried if a rematch were to play out.

Beating a team with a 1/3 of its starters on the bench by 7 points is annihilation? Ummmm.....ok

sure was..thanks for checkin tho..go back in your cave

I think Dallas matches up with New Orleans the best however I would love to see them host the NFC Championship game.

I think we match up pretty well with The cardinals....
Last year when we played them, we played horrendously but stil ltook it to OT...
My recollection of last year's game is that their defense took it to us in that game. Our team seemed unprepared for what was awaiting them. That won't be the case this year.

The Packers had a shot. What game were you watching, it went into overtime. When you say a team has no shot that means they are don't have a chance to win the game. You were not correct about the Packers. Nice try but no.

Yeah I agree that game last year and pretty much any game last year is irrelevant right now. Someone said Henry was on Fitzgerald. Well all I know is that Fitz caught a TD pass with Pacman on him. The Cards also returned the opening kickoff for a TD. Something we have vastly improved on this season and the game will be at home and not in Arizona. Felix got hurt during that game. There are some big differences between that game and a potential NFC Champ. Game this year.

Assuming we win in MN, I'm ambivalent. My heart says "Go Cardinals". My head says we don't match up as well with AZ as we do with NO. Both are scary teams or I should say they can be.

I'll be happy to get by MN and into the CC game. Whoever we play is fine with me just as long as we're there.

I think we match up better against the Saints.

But It wont be at home so this is a tough call.

If you have the option of playing at home - you take it. The teams are fairly equal so make them travel to you.

The score wasn't remotely indicative of how efficiently Dallas shut down New Orleans.

1/3 of it's starters? Which 7 players might those be?

I think I would rather play New Orleans than the Cards. I fear Kurt Warner and Larry Fitzgerald far more than I fear Brees and Colston.

Brees has a history of collapsing in big games. Kurt Warner has proved many times, not only can he play in big games, he can dominate them.

You do know you beat the saints minus Bush, Shockey and Moore on Offense and minus Greer, Porter, Ellis and Shanle on Defense, and only won by 7. I want Dallas to win so the Saints can whip their *** with all their starters.

I doubt your crappy defense is going to stop the Cards. How many snaps does Bush get before he is back on the bench? :laugh2:

Arizona by a mile.

Their secondary is poor. Even Rodgers-Cromartie does not impress me. The Saints coaching staff is far superior all the way around.

The Saints play smarter defensive football and now that Greer is back and their interior DL is healthy again, they will be much better than the team we played a few weeks ago. Losing Grant hurt, but I still think they will be better prepared for if we get the opportunity to play against them again.

He also has shown he can make mistakes in bunches if pressured. I would much rather face him than Brees.

Unfortunately, I am not influenced by the constant fawning over Warner. He is a rhythm QB. If he is on, he is on. But he has to get there first. Rarely does he show much resilience if things do not break his way early. Brees is somewhat better doing that.

The game wasn't as close as the score indicated. Let's not try to act like it was THAT close breh.
