Visiting AZ for the first time right now. It's pretty awesome that sunrise is at 5:20, due to the lack of DST.

I like it. It makes sense. Why would you want more heat? :)

Anyways, i just thought it was interesting. It's bright outside and i get all tripped out looking at the time and seeing that it's not even 6am yet.

I used to live in Tucson, there is a lot to do and see there. Great Mexican restaurants.

The Astronomy Skies in Arizona are some of the best in the country. Of course, the effects of global warming have made Astronomy in the US much worse than it used to be. I used to use a remote telescope in New Mexico, but cancelled it because there weren't enough good seeing nights anymore.

*SPIT*

Depends on what you like... Tucson is terrible unless you go to the U of A or are retired. Got out of there as soon as I had a chance. Phoenix is even hotter...it's decent though. I suppose it depends on what you like.

Global warming effects my wife's cooking
Global warming makes my blue jeans appear more faded
Global warming caused each season of Game of Thrones to seem to short
Global Warming kept people in Dallas from winning the lottery

Etc

I'm going to go with "You know no nothing, John Snow".

I spent most of my time in Flagstaff. It was awesome.

Flag and Prescott, northern AZ IS awesome.

I could live in Prescott.......if there was work there.....in my field anyway.

I don't know if you've spent any time in the Metroplex but Flagstaff reminds me a lot of Denton. Just in the mountains with amazing weather.

Where in AZ? Had a river house in Bullhead. Now spend most of time in Lake Havasu. Loving getting up at 5:30 hitting the water when it's glass and running my boat over 100 when no one is on the water

Been to Sedona was really impressed and loved the summer temps there.

Just got back from a couple weeks in AZ. I was born and raised there, and it is a great state. July heat, notwithstanding.

We got a couple early monsoon rains when I was there. The smell and the heat lightening brought hit me right in the childhood.
