Die hard yankee fan.
Never really an AROD fan... Yeah for a minute.. But not really.

Any other yankee fans tired of seeing him strike out in BIG spot.

It's lunacy.

AROD used to be a great contact hitter. Now, it seems like he's trying too hard to get the long ball.

Was he really??

I mean, it seems like when you need him to tie up the game, go ahead or just keep a rally going he strikes out.

I can't say that he wasn't always like this?
Getting home runs when game was already in yankees favor.

When he was coming up and was with Griffey in Seattle he seemed to hit more non HR multi base hits and stole more bases. I think a lot of that can be attributed to being "young" he is what 40 now so he is a feast or famine hitter because he has no wheels anymore.

There's a reason why they call it the dog days of August in baseball.

Now that he isn't on the juice anymore, Rodriguez is worn out. He probably needs at least a week off to refresh. He has arguably given the Yankees far more than anyone had any right to expect (40 years old, coming off of two hip surgeries, a year layoff and, presumably, off steroids).

I am not a fan but the steroids is not the reason. Tired or not. Rest or not is not the reason.

He was destined to be a freak in baseball, steroids or not.... And the simple fact that he is in baseball over 20 is a testament to that.

I am talking about being clutch. Was he ever?

2009 playoffs - the Yankees don't win the World Series without his play.
