One thing is certain. Wide receivers do not win championships. It didn’t work out very well for Larry Fitzgerald. Or for Randy Moss. Or hey, that Te
rrell Owens guy.

Lost me here, Moss and Fitz's team's were in the lead in the SB (the SB) until the last drives. It's not like they're teams didn't make the playoffs.

Close doesn't count. You win it, or you don't. They didn't win it.

Here we go again...

Every single year... For once I would like to be the team that comes out of nowhere ans surprises everyone. This current batch of core players has shown me that they aren't very good at living up to lofty expectations... Hopefully the FA infusion and the large draft class can change the overall mindset of those that have consistently underwhelmed for years now. It is what it is I guess.

1 oz Media Hype
1 oz Current core Boys players
2 Tbsps Current clown coaches

There's your recipe for Falling Shortcake. Enjoy it.

We had our chance to come out of nowhere and surprise everyone. That was 2003. We again lost in the wildcard.

Ever since then, (even after the 04 disaster of a season) it has been impossible to "come out of nowhere". We're talking about the Cowboys here.

We have too much talent on our roster and an attention craving owner. It's time they get the job done.

We can agree on that. Sometimes low key starts within. (incl the owner) I know that'll never happen with Jerry but the players can unite with that common goal. Screw the media... Just go out and let your play do the talking. Our media darling(s) is/are gone now. Don't read the papers... Keep the interviews to a minimum... and just go play ball.

I think the staff needs to learn how to win big games just as much as the players. Specifically, I don't think our head coach has an earthly idea how that's accomplished.

Again agree with the first part. I don't know whether or not Wade has it or not in the HC area. He certainly does as a DC. There's only one guy who is better.

We'll see how he does this year as a HC.

He's never won the big ones as a DC either.
