ARTICLE: Schaub is safer bet than top college prospects

That is what I find funny is that the guy has 2 career starts but he is no good? I think when he becomes a FA I don't think he will have a hard time finding a team who wants him and I think he will prove a lot of people wrong including Alt.

Well, based on those same two starts some of you guys seem to believe he is a franchise caliber player. I could see trading a late 2nd or a 3rd maybe, but nothing more.

The reason for drafting a Leinart, Young or Cutler high in the 1st round, is because you believe that they will become great players.

I don't see that in Schaub. I think he could do well if surrounded by plenty of talent, but I don't think he is a special player.
