:lmao2: :skins::laugh2: Can I get some A-1 steak sauce

Who knows, but will they be allowed to field an "illegal" team in the regular season or compete in the (however unlikely) postseason?

I so wonder what that would entail.

This keeps getting speculated on....it CAN'T happen. He can say he'll just take the penalties, but the league won't allow it. The league will start voiding contracts if the Skins aren't under the cap by this time next year.

Loss of draft picks and the stool he stands on in press conferences to make him look taller.

Rumor has it that Snyder is willing to take the penalty and not cut anyone ...

ES link

It's funny because ESPN is using Profootballtalk.com more and more as a resource. Florio basically just scans the Web, puts in his own ideas, then claims they are "sources." It's so obvious, it's sad to see people bite on this, especially ESPN.

Ever wonder why Florio's "sources" always seem to swear in every other word when he "quotes" them?

They'll be under the cap when the season starts, one way or another.

Think about it. If Snyder says he's not going to cut anybody and stay over the cap, what's to stop Dallas or any team for that matter to do the same?

People need to realize that Tagliabue is a former corporate attorney that specialized in making high level contracts. If people think there's going to be "loopholes", they are wrong.

I think they'd void the contracts too, and take away Draft picks.

Oh, I'm sure there will be draft penalties too. But people continue to speculate on this, missing the FACT that if a team is over the cap after March 10, the league will put them under the cap, by voiding contracts. It just can't be done.

That is a dumb move by Snyder, as it would entail the cutting of each player on the roster, starting with the most recently signed, until the team gets under the cap.

I can imagine I wanted to go to the game but I knew it was sold out. I keep hearing they need to win 1 in the tournament to get in, are you a student.

If that's the case then why are there reports that it will be difficult for the skins to get under the cap? Must not have restructured that much. Those restructures were also done with the assumption that there would be another CBA.

Because the media always has and always will hate the Skins. Also, the media does not follow the team as closely as real fans.
