As of now we have the 18th pick (cle) NFL.com

They have Overall standings regardless of division or conference.

The Browns are #18.

Oh yeah, we are #1! :starspin

Well, they still have what is turning into the hardest part of their schedule yet to come. I would not be shocked at all, if they only win 1 of the last 9 games of the season.

Too early for that my friend.

Ahhh, never to early to look to the future. What do you think the scouts are doing right now?

Most of them, looking for players.

Many of them, spending money :p

But none of them, speculating with the order of the draft picks, its really, really too early for that. But, you can guess that neither CLE or us are bad bad teams, so we wont probably have a top 5 draft Pick... Maybe one around the 10th and 15th (CLE) and hopefully a late late first rounder cause of our team.

I think top picks are becoming almost crippling to salary structures. If we were in the top 5, I'd want to trade back - especially since there figure to be multiple left tackles and star running backs available in the draft. A pick in the 9-11 range and another in the 30-32 range would be good for me.

So if they were the Zeveland Browns, we'd have the 13th pick?

All of the 2-2 teams are listed alphabetically, you know.

Stop raining on my parade.:D

I wouldn't be surprised of Jerry trades our 2 #1's for McFad:(

Actually their are only a couple of teams that are that much worse than the Browns are.

Also keep in mind the first half of their schedule has turned out to be much easier than the second half of their schedule.

Teams like Houston, and Arizona were supposed to be games that they could very easily win, while teams like Baltimore and Cincy were supposed to be the games that they could not. But it is turned out that Cincinatti has looked pitiful so far this year, only beating Baltimore in a game that they SHOULD have lost. Baltimore has also been terrible as well. Their offense is beyond non existent. And their D is not near to the level that it was in the past.

Once they get pat Miami and St Louis, they will be hard pressed to find a game that they are going to be favored to win, even with their "improved" play.

Keep in mind that Cleveland still game up over 400 yards of offense to the Baltimore Ravens.

anyone got a value chart handy?

let's say cleveland gives us a pick at 12.
let's say we're at 28-30 range. (good year, huh!!!)

let's say we need to get to #3 to get him.

gonna take more than our 2 1s. i'd not do it.

Whats good is all the teams who are sucking are pretty much set at RB.

Raiders could draft McFadden, Jets, and thats about it.

McFadden is going to fall in this draft even though he is clearly the best player.

if mcfadden is all that and a bucket of chicken, i don't think we're the only team/fanbase to know this. also, we shout BPA a lot but now, suddenly, BPA is set aside cause the bad teams have an RB.

NO had deuce and took bush anyway.
detroit has a refugee camp of 1st round WRs and they took another one anyway.

Iceberg,
the #3 spot costs you about 2200 pts.
the #12 spot earns you about 1200 pts. and the #28th gets you 700 pts., so it's feasible we could add to that a later round pick or say a linebacker(Carp.?) and move up to get the 3. Not that I would want to do that...just sayin'.
-BTW- Love the Olivier Coipel avatar!!

GO COWBOYS!

yea, it all depends on where things fall. i'm just saying both #1s may not be enough. then we get to are we overpaying?

the new THOR series is getting me back into comics and i love his art! found him online and am buying some original art but man - his "agent" needs some serious people skills.
