Stats, impact on the game.....how ever you want to measure it.

Somebody earlier in the thread tried to give credit to Wade's scheme.

If that's the case take credit away from LT (BP), DT (Schotty), Reggie (Ryan/Wade), Bruce (Wade).

Not sure if he was on roids, crack, or whatever, but nobody is in that class.

I think you overvalue Haley's contribution to the team. A lot of the heat that Haley also brought was when the offense actually put up a huge lead on the other team, and they became one dimensional.

As far as I'm concerned, Ware's numbers are less because of Stewart, and because the offense didn't live up to its potential so that Ware could face a one-dimensional team.

In such a situation, I think he would have broke the sack record.

Would not have won a Superbowl w/out him. Put us over the hump.

Tolbert/Jeffcoat would not have cut it.

Did you even watch the Cowboys during the early '90's. Haley was good, but he took some plays off.

Stats aren't everything but Ware is top 5 all time fastest to 50 sacks.

That is true. But, without Ware, I think we are way worse than a 9-7 record. No doubt that Haley was outstanding at pressuring the QB, but I think a comparison between his value on those teams and Ware's on this team is unfair because of the things I stated earlier.

Ware brings heat about 3-4 plays per game.

It's hard to criticize a guy like Ware. You know he gives his all on every play. No one on defense played as well as they have recently, except maybe Bradie. Ware would be even better if his teammates would step up more often.
