Well, and just like that Utah State scores. Keep going I guess.

its the mountain west or big sky conference right? Great potential but he's a rd 2 guy at earliest. Some will grade hi m out at rd 3 or 4.

Sounds fine to me! If we can get him in round 2, that'd be amazing! We can get the best NT in the draft and then him in our first two picks that way. That would significantly improve our team.

That's unrealistic wishful thinking. 2nd round?! Jeanty probably goes in the top 10 picks.

The talent is undeniable--size, speed, angry runner. The 2024 RB class stunk. But the 2023 RB class had Bijan Robinson go #8 overall and Jahmyr Gibbs went #12 overall. There undoubtedly will be a team in the top 10 that will fall in love with Jeanty.

Either way, if we can get him and a bonafide run stopping NT in the first two rounds, we have a real shot of having a great season next year.

To me, his best game (and the one that may show his ability at the next level) was in their loss vs. Oregon. He went for 192 against a team that’s only giving up 101 a game on the ground. The next highest team total against Oregon was the 131 yards Oregon St. got against them. Oregon has 3 games this year where the opponent has rushed for LESS THAN 59 yards. That DL has NFL talent.

I doubt he last until the 2nd. You can knock his opponents all you want but just watch him. His contact balance is unbelievable and his ability to look like he hasn’t even been hit reminds me of Kamara from a few years back.

If he’s there in the 1st I wouldn’t be pissed with the pick.

If you watch the film....Jeanty probably leads all of college football with yards after contact. He gets hit in the backfield, jump cuts, or spins, and makes a 70 yard TD. Yards after contact is the most important measure in the NFL.

So we would be back to using a lot of draft capital (1st round pick) on a RB? Nothing would change at all.
