At least Romo can heave the ball 55 yards downfield

I'll believe Romo is okay when I see him complete a deep out for a first down.

That is the hardest throw in football in terms of what's required for arm strength.

I think one or two throws is not a good indicator of Romo's health though, or even his willingness to run. His health is going to be better judged by how his mechanics are maintained over the course of a game where he is throwing a lot and taking some hits.
